Chapter 3: "A Bright New Tomorrow"

The sun rises on Sept 1, 2011; a bright and shining new day rises on the I.B.P.H. and of the new Orc nation. The tall walls have been finished that separate the rest of the world from the new Harbinger Game Preserve or as it is know by the rest of the world. The Orcs have founded their new villages and the I.B.P.H. begins it's stand down and personnel shift procedures. ((As soon as Milly knows what they are.))

The 5th of September is just around the corner and the I.B.P.H. compound is a buzz with the soon to begin training of new recruits. ((Once the instructors have been selected.)) Currently three of the brotherhoods teams are on-site at the compound; the Grim Devils (led by Rabbi), The Whispers (Led by Micheal Chapentier), and Aces and Eights (led by Martha Sullivan).

((The Complex has been rebuilt and now matches the map displayed under the gallery. Kim begins her day with her early daily routine of prayers and exercise. After breakfast, she retreats to her room and begins the daunting task of research for purchasing an ATV. She just wants an easier way to get around all the land.

Kim places the order for her brand new 2012 Polaris Sportsman Touring 850 H.O. EPS with the 2500 lbs cinch and brush guard. She's excited because it has enough room for her tails too.

By 1130, she hears someone at the gate. She already had her blue kimono on over usual white kimono and hakama to hide her tails and was waiting. She pays the man from the dealership. She confirms a few things with the man from the manual she had already downloaded. Once the man leaves, she heads back to her room and changes into her riding clothes, gets some lunch and heads to the conference room.

Death Heads out of the barracks, and into the armory to try and fix the elven sniper rifle. He hopes to get that operational so he can get more practice with it.

Rabbi wakes at 6 at heads to the basement, where he's set up a personal gym. After an hour workout he showers and has a small breakfast. Afterwards, he secludes himself for 2 hours to allow himself time to pray and study. Afterwards he can be found exploring the grounds of the compound, getting to know his new home a little better.

Tank starts his morning 5am with a short prayer. Afterwards he heads to the remains of the old ice truck and searches (No search skill just +2 for wisdom bonus)(if not successful takes 20) for a necklace he had hanging from the rearview mirror. After finding it he attempts to find the Rabbi and asks him if he is still looking for someone to train recruits and offers his services.

If there is any time left he spends the rest of his time researching monster lore, if it ( "it" being any creature) can be killed Tank wants to know the best way to do it.

Waking up two hours before dawn, Igor begins reading the Egyptian book of the Dead in the original dialects.

Igor smiles to himself as he realizes the common threads inbetween today's Egyptian vowels he's heard on the news and ancient Egyptian. With that realization, the rest is easy.

After a while of this, he showers, dresses and armors himself for the day. Then, it is off to fix breakfast for his wife, and to enjoy what quiet time they do have together before their youngest orc relations wake up.

Igor only sets fire to the bacon twice. Once by accident.


By seven, he goes to the shooting range to practice with his 1911 with the Road Rash clan. By nine, he meets with Alexie to discuss mattters of state. By eleven, this is done, and Igor is off on a hunt for someone to teach Magda how to box. By eleven tihirty, he has found a sufficiently fast (and cowed) orc warrior to do so.

At eleven thirty, he goes for a run. By twelve thirty, this is done and he is showering and changing again (aided by Magda). By twelve fifty-five, he is on his way to the meeting, in full bite suit, cape, swords and guns. He is smiling again.
