Harbinger is the current director of operations for the I.B.P.H. and has been such for the last 85 years. He is a gruff and raspy man. Some have said he is honest to a fault but those are just the people that see the face he wants them to see. It can be said the Harbinger is fiercely loyal to his friends and allies, but he has never shirked his leadership responsibly and is not above letting friends die to achieve the mission of killing the evils that pray on mankind.

Harbinger was born with a hereditary form of lycanthropy; that marks him as a Loup Garou, simply the french words of Werewolf. The real difference being in his ability to shift at will and control his blood lust, mostly. Except the day before, the day of, and the day following the full moon. When the madness takes him fully.
